The winter action in Aspen is back and first up is X Games Aspen at Buttermilk for the 24th consecutive year beginning January 23!
When you plan that ski / snowboard trip this winter why not go to a place that has the best snow and has the best show happening at the same time? I am speaking of the X-Games in Aspen, Colorado. Here in Aspen there are four different mountains to choose from: Buttermilk, Snowmass, Highlands and Ajax, the apres ski scene is unparalleled, and you can check out over 100 of the most talented skiing and snowboarding athletes in the world competing in the super pipe, big air, slopestyle, and knuckle huck and the groups performing at the X-Games will keep you dancing the night away. X Games returns to Aspen, Colorado’s Buttermilk Mountain for the world’s best action sports, music and festival experience — on snow! X Games Aspen will also feature musical performances by deadmau5, Big Gigantic, ILLENIUM, Daily Bread and more. All musical performances will take place at the stage at Buttermilk Mountain.

Aspen Snowmass is proud to host the debut of The Snow League, the first professional snowboarding league created by legendary snowboarder Shaun White. From March 7-8, 2025, Buttermilk Mountain will set the stage for this highly anticipated event, bringing together top snowboarders from around the world.
